Why don't you offer tours with bigger boats?
One of the biggest ports in the world
The surface of our port is massive! On average we travel over 100km's during a tour. As bigger ships are quite slow, it would take 5 to 6 hours to travel the same distance.
Due to restrictions for bigger touristic ships the freedom of movement is quite limited too.
If you really want to get to know our port, we recommend traveling over the road with a car or coach. For the more adventurous types we offer visits in small speedboats who can co fast and far.

What exactly do we do and see during a port visit?
The most versatile port in the world
Next to being one of the biggest logistical ports in Europe, the port also harbors the second biggest chemical cluster in the world, a number of natural reserves, an authentic village, etc.
A detailed itinerary is provided for each of our tours, but our guides are more than happy to adjust your tour to your specific interests.

Where does a port tour start or end?
By default:
- Our tours by car or bus start at the Kinepolis Cinema Complex at the Groenendaallaan 394, Antwerpen
- Vespa tours start at Vespa Waasland at the Gentseweg 365, 9120 Beveren
- Boat tours start at the Steenplein (at the center of the town)
When you book a tour, we provide you with the exact location in full detail.
If you want, we can change the start location or arrange for a pickup: discuss this with your guide.
Can I pay per bank transfer or invoice?
Yes, but mind our terms and
conditions: payment has to be fulfilled and registered on our account 14 days in advance of your tour.
Payment information and invoices will be provided after booking a tour.
How do I change my booking?
We try to provide optimal flexibility, any changes can always be discussed.
To change a booking:
- You can follow the link provided in the automated email you receive after booking a tour

In order to avoid mistakes, we don't process changes based on phone calls.
Can I cancel my booking?
We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your booking. First of all, let us asure you we try to provide maximum flexibility for changes and cancelations.
There are a few limitations however:
- Any cancelations earlier than 14 days prior to the tour can be processed with a full refund.
- Any cancelations later than 14 days and earlier than 1 day prior to the tour can be processed with a 50% refund.
- Any cancelations later than 1 day prior to the tour can be processed with a 20% refund.
We preserve the right to cancel a tour from our end in case of:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Sudden illness or emergency of our guide (we always try to find a replacement)
- Technical issues (we always try to find an alternative)
- Force majeure due to external factors such as strikes, local events or government-imposed restrictions
We provide maximum flexibility to move your booking to another date, if desired.
Can you organize our event in the port?
No, we are not an event planning agency or a travel package agency. We restrict our products and services to providing guides and some forms of transportation.
Notwithstanding we do love to advice you with possible scenario's for your event, of which we are very happy to be a part of. We can even recommend some event agency's!
Can we join another group?
No, we offer private tours exclusively and always aim to adjust our tours as much as possible to the specific interests and desires of our guests.
